If the police or fire department declares an evacuation emergency, the Umphrey’s at 720 Bluff View have agreed to allow us to use their water crossing to San Marcos. The officials will have a knox box key to open the gate for us.

We also have possible other escape routes that are NOT approved by the landowners, but in an emergency, there may be escape routes to HO Ranch at the north west end of Windmill Run. We are working on other possible escape routes.
