How do I contact RMR POA?
The POA does not maintain a physical office or a phone number but does monitor an active email address which is rmr78676@gmail.com. All regular mail should be sent to River Mountain Ranch Property Owners Association (RMRPOA), P. O. Box 182, Wimberley, TX 78676. Alternatively, please use the contact information above to contact individual Members of the POA Board of Directors directly.
Board Meetings, Agendas, & Minutes
Board meetings are open to all members of the RMR POA to attend. The Board meetings are held quarterly at 6 PM at the Wimberley Community Center located at 14068 Ranch Road 12 (next door to Brookshire Bros. Grocery Store). The dates for the Board meetings are noted on the home page, POA sign at 2nd cattle guard, and posted on the app NextDoor prior to the meeting.
RMR POA members that desire to address the Board concerning a specific topic or issue should contact the Board President to coordinate a date for the presentation and ensure sufficient time is allocated on the agenda.

RMR POA Members Are Asked To Please Keep Mailing Addresses and Email Addresses Current
RMR POA Members are asked to please ensure that the POA Board has your correct email and mailing address. This information can be easily updated by email to rmr78676@gmail.com. We use email for important information related to our neighborhood only and will not share this information with any outside individuals or groups.
Other Communication Methods
We have used Nextdoor to enhance our communication options. However, people are finding that we cannot control posts from outside our immediate neighborhoods, and for many, it has become a distraction. In order to focus entirely on our neighborhood we have created a Google Mail List.
The Google Group alternative is now active for RMR, Los Lomas and Escondida. To JOIN you can start by visiting: https://groups.google.com/g/rmr_area and ASK TO JOIN. Please include your physical address, so we can keep it in the neighborhood. YOU WILL NEED A GOOGLE ACCOUNT, which doesn’t require a gmail address, to see the ASK TO JOIN link. You can sign up with your email, but if you want to keep all your emails regarding this mail group separate, you can create one at gmail. It is free. You could use this account ONLY for the mail list if you want. I call that a “throwaway” account. We have two moderators who have volunteered to help.
