RMR Board meeting 3.2.2021 6:04pm
Attending: Jefferis Peterson, Bill Haser, Ryan Hartman, Kellee Hartman, Roland Brown, Jill Clark, Joe Dalton.
Non-board members: Joan Sabol, Richard Walker.
Roads Report: Joe Dalton, repairs started. $2706 submitted for reimbursement.
Hays County Road Commissioner will attend next general meeting.
Treasurer: bookkeeper paid for last two years. POA dues has gone out. Resale certificates in process for 3 properties.
Parks, Ryan: Mr David Towell mows the park as a volunteer. Board moved to send him $50 gift certificate and thank you note. Gate moved off track on purpose by someone again, and a security camera is needed. Ryan will ask about modifications and options to the bid that was about $1700. Wimberley Towing has not followed through, and we will void the contract. Will ask county about the road signs for no parking.
ACC, Bill Haser: Home on N. Waterpark now compliant with ACC. Patterson property is only clearing land and does not intend to build.
Communications, Jill Clark: Looking for an app to notify all of emergencies in the neighborhood.
Ad Hoc Committees: Fire Evacuation is expanding to all emergency issues, after the recent snow with power outages. A passable easement may be already established through HO Ranch.
ByLaws committee is established and will review current bylaws before checking with law services and prices to ensure we had budget available to pay for such services.
Neighborhood Watch, no one has volunteered or contacted Ryan yet.
Approval of all reports and reimbursements Kellee and Roland seconded.
New Business:
Winding Trail Light on Walkers being shot out. PEC said that bullet direction came from top porch of Patterson rental property. Reported to Hays County Sheriff and is said to be under investigation.
Property at 450 and 500 Waterpark resisting our request for compliance.
Next board meeting May 11th, and expect to set up next general meeting in June.
